Responsibilities include assisting with the smooth and efficient operations of a Godiva boutique, which include: providing exceptional customer service, the ability to help drive, achieve, and focus on sales plans and objectives, train and develop sales and stock associates, as well as establish relationships within the local business community with the focus of gift giving of Godiva products.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
College degree in related field or 1-3 years of work experience within retail management/Asst. Manager experience
Solid operational skills
Customer service and employee relations skills
Innovative thinking
