Due to an ongoing expansion, we are seeking self-motivated, outgoing Sales Associates for several Sleep Train Stores along Highway 101: Santa Rosa, San Rafael and Novato Region. Training takes place in San Leandro.

Sleep Train is recognized throughout the west as the finest Mattress Retailer. At Sleep Train we demand that our Sales Associates have a high degree of integrity in all sales relationships. We believe in offering the best products available in our industry, at the best possible prices, while providing the best service possible.

Our company is in a rapid and stable growth mode and therefore we are always looking for the best people to join our team. We plan to add 20 stores in our current markets throughout California in 2006.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time (40-46 hours per week, weekends and some holidays)
- Self-motivated with a desire to move up to increasingly responsible positions
- Customer service or service-industry (restaurant, etc) experience is a definite +
- Some computer experience is desirable
- Highly enthusiastic with a desire and commitment to achieving both personal and professional goals.
