SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CATERPILLAR

Sells and services all accounts and prospects within the boundaries of the assigned territory to increase total volume and overall distribution of product.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sets goals for sales quotas with management; determines distribution within a specific market.
Sells new seasonal products to keep the presentation of the line current.
Sells a balanced program to have all segments of line represented in territory.
Presents advertising to customers to increase sales.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and abilities.
Three plus years in footwear wholesale and/or retail experience.
Ability to travel extensively throughout designated territory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer knowledge
Ability to attend out of state trade shows and sales meetings.
