Roadhouse Grill Restaurant Management Interviews! Roadhouse Grill, Inc. owns and operates 59 full-service, casual dining restaurants under the name "Roadhouse Grill". The Company was incorporated in October 1992 and opened the first Company-owned restaurant in Pembroke Pines, Florida in March of 1993. Since then, the Company has opened 59 more restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina. The Company also franchises eight restaurants, three (3) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, two (2) in Brasilia, Brazil and three (3) in Italy (Milan, Bologna & Rome).
