Assistant Restaurant Managers are needed in the following geographical areas: Destin, Fort Walton, and Crestview, Florida. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager at one of our franchise-owned BURGER KING® Restaurant, you will be an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic organization. With strong performance, you can progress from Assistant Manager to Senior Assistant Manager to Restaurant General Manager. Responsibilities:

Supervise and train team members
Maintain appropriate inventory levels
Ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Work Experience:
1-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail /hospitality industry.

Other Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with some
college preferred
Self-Motivated
Highly-Energetic
Enjoy working with people
Proficient math skills
Reliable Transportation
Open/Flexible Schedule (willing to work nights/weekends)
