Prepared Foods Team Member

Will Do: Whole Foods Market-Coral Springs, FL is now hiring enthusiastic and customer driven Prepared Foods Team Members. Available positions include:prep, salad bar, customer service, sandwich Station. Enjoyable work environment, competitive wages and benefits. - Set the example of outstanding customer service - Handle complaints as needed - Create positive work environment - Delegate responsibilities as given by ATL, TL and STL - Information resource for all food sold in the department - Set up demos, helping Team Members expedite and maintain consistent demos - Answering phones for kitchen and retail PFDS - Taking catering orders (from catering menu) and directing clients to Catering Coordinator when needed. - Temperature checks on equipment and food in hot and cold case - Sweep logs performed on schedule - Steritech check list assured and completed - Team support in all areas of department as needed - Ensure the proper functioning and task completion of the shift - Ensure closing and opening procedures followed - Set example of outstanding Team Member - Take large concerns to TL, ASTL or STL when appropriate - Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have/Be: - Flexible schedule a must - Ability to work nights - "whatever it takes", positive attitude - Ability to work well with others in a team driven environment - Desire to provide the highest level of customer service possible - Attention to detail - Ability to stand on feet for 7.5 hours - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Passion / excitement over great food - Sense of humor!!
