1. Maintain all computer equipment, including regular maintenance, upgrading, and component repair. Install all PC hardware and software. Assist in network installation and upgrade when needed.
2. Provide direct support for user questions and needs regarding computers. Install and trouble shoot company PBX systems. Perform minor telephone repairs.
3. Maintain equipment maintenance agreements, maintenance/work requisitions and inventory records.
4. Evaluate new software and train employees in using PC software and hardware.
5. Perform other duties as required to meet company and departmental objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of computer networking installation, troubleshooting, and repair. Knowledgeable in telephone systems and wiring. Familiar with reservations' computer systems and Networking experience a plus.
