Since 2000, we've grown from 5 to 120 corporately-owned stores nationwide... with dozens of new stores in the works! The DC Area is our second largest market with 22 stores. And we're opening three new stores in the next three months: Ashburn,VA -- Reagan Airport -- Washington DC NW. We also have 10 - 12 new stores opening in 2007, including Baltimore's Inner Harbor! All those new stores along with the fact that Potbelly promotes from within means LOTS of opportunities for advancement. The best you'll find in the industry! All management levels considered. From entry-level college grads to experienced General Managers and beyond. Salary based on experience.

Position Summary

Primary duty is managing shifts within a given store to include all aspects of associate supervision, customer service, cleanliness, cash control and food safety. Create the ultimate Potbelly Experience through our core purpose of “Making People Really Happy.” Ensure associates provide exceptional customer service and motivate staff to ensure a positive work environment.
