Dishwasher

Keep utensils and wares clean, sanitized and properly stored. Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area. Keep department supplies filled and maintained. Follow established food safety procedures. Maintain back stock areas and coolers. Takes out trash on a regular basis. Assist cooks with food prep as time allows. Safe use of all tools and equipment required by the position. Know and practice proper lifting techniques. Adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules. Report safety violations and hazards immediately. Successfully complete Quest training program. Communicate with all team members regarding proper department operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be self-motivated and solution oriented. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Good communication skills. Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs unassisted. Is available for flexible scheduling. Ability to work well with others. Love and knowledge of natural foods
