job description
As a Banquet Sous Chef you will be responsible for training and supervision of all culinary standards and culinary staff in order to prepare, cook and present food. Your position will require you to assign, in detail, specific duties to all employees for efficient operation of the Banquet kitchen. You will also be responsible for payroll, staffing, recognition and scheduling of your employees. Due to the size of our Banquet facilities, this position also requires previous experience with high volume and large quantity food production.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years Sous Chef experience in high volume including large food production required. Previous supervisory experience required Previous hospitality experience preferred.
