Bakery Specialist

1. Provide excellent customer service. 2. Perform all duties and responsibilities of Bakery TM 3. Purchase bakery items or ingredients for department. 4. Responsible for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets. 5. Request and insure proper signs for al sale items. 6. Participate in regional promotions program. 7. Process invoices and credits. 8. Controls spoilage: generate turn movement; and participates in monthly inventory. 9. Must strive to receive TCS score of 9.0 or better. 10. Comply with all applicable State of California Health and Safety codes. 11. Perform all duties assigned by Team Leader. 12. Establish and maintain positive and productive vendor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 1 years experience as Team Member or equivalent. 2. Analytical ability and proficiency in math needed to calculate Margins, monitor profitability and manage inventory. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills. 4. Thorough knowledge of Bakery products, industry trends, and nutritional information.
