Our associates are proud to work here!BASIC FUNCTION: To follow instructions and guidelines outlined by the Chef or Sous Chef for the shift. Assist with production and prep work as needed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor production and quality levels of all food products.
2. Monitor incoming food product to insure quality.
3. Monitor all refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
4. Checks daily production sheets and checks with Chef and Sous Chef as to daily work needs.Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of food service preferred.
1 year fast pace banquet cook experience
