Weighing and Research Analyst

ABF Freight System, Inc., a financially stable company with a history of outperforming its competition, has an immediate opening for a Weighing and Research Analyst in our San Bernardino, California facility. This position is an excellent opportunity for an aggressive, self-motivated individual.

Weighing and Research Analysts should possess the following at a high level of excellence:

* Significant Weighing and Research and/or Rating experience
* Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
* Ability to communicate
* Ability to educate and motivate terminal personnel
* Thorough knowledge of the NMFC
* Ability to work as part of a team including sharing of all administrative and functional duties
* Ability to administrate portions of and the entire local W&R program
* Analytical skills
* Organizational skills
* Create a positive rapport with both internal and external customers
* Willing to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
