Supervisor of Investigations

To perform activities as required to assure that field investigators are properly trained in all facets of surveillance and to monitor quality control in the field.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Reviews with new employees the functions (essential and other) and quality requirements of the job.
2. Trains new investigators as well as experienced investigators who are not meeting company standards.
3. Monitors quality control through tape review, report editing and spot checking investigators randomly.4. Insures all investigators are conducting investigations in a legal manner.5. Reviews all company forms with investigators (billing, time sheets, expense reports, etc.).6. Maintains constant communication with the Manager of Investigations regarding each investigator.7. Train select investigators on conducting general investigations.8. Conduct investigations as requested by manager.9. Client contact as necessary (determined by manager).
