Responsibilities:
'Develop new formulations related to cleansing and conditioning systems
for hair and skin.
'Conduct stability studies on developed formulations.
'Evaluate the performance of formulations.
'Develop project plans and timetables for own work.
'Interact with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Customers on a regular basis.
'Maintain chemical inventory and obtaining chemicals needed for laboratory work.
'Generate technical reports conveying data from project work.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
'Minimum HS Diploma with 3+ years laboratory skills in personal care industry; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
'Must be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
'Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
'Should have experience or exposure to developing new formulations.
