Secret Clearance Data Analyst

Purpose:
Our client, a Government Integrator in Reston Virginia, is looking for a Data Analyst. This person will be ensuring the quality of real estate data. This person MUST have an active clearance.

On a day to day basis, this person will receive packages from Realty Specialists that include all the necessary documentation to execute a real estate transaction in the System for Tracking Real Estate Property (STAR). In addition to reviewing the source documents, this person will enter the information into the database, then validate that the data stored in the database matches the source documents. This person is also responsible for answering billing questions from tenant agencies and resolving any billing issues. This person will be responsible for audits for Data Accuracy and a one time validation of all billing and lease records as well.

This person MUST have college degree- preferred in one of these fields-
Accounting/Finance/Business/Real Estate/Mortgage experience. Government/Justice related fields also. Must have attention to
detail/organization/comprehension of word problems and be experienced with Excel, Word, and Access.

This position is 6 months contract to hire and pays 18/hr.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
