Chartered in 1746, and known as the College of New Jersey until 1896, it was British North America's fourth college.Position Summary: Princeton University's Department of Molecular Biology seeks applicants for a Research Specialist position to join a laboratory whose work focuses on cellular mechanisms of learning and on brain evolution. The successful candidate will work with the P.I. to design and perform experiments to study brain anatomy at the level of cells and circuits. Specific duties will include: histological staining and labeling; performing electron microscopy and light microscopy; computer-aided data analysis of microscope images; drawing figures and image manipulation; data management; and establishing and maintaining procedures for lab organization, safety and ordering.Job Function: Technical SupportGrade: RSP 020Standard Hours: 36.25Eligible for Overtime: YesJob Requirements
