Research service requests and takes appropriate action. Research and reconcile open discrepancies. Monitor and address Accounts Receivable Reports. Perform Reconciliations.
Send Service Requests to transaction group for processing (check requests etc. Monitor and address credit balances. Perform other duties as assigned.SPECIAL SKILLS:

Minimum education required: High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from 2 years college or technical school; or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of related work experience
Insurance experience a plus
