Position Summary:

Manager of R&D Pilot Facilities and Customer Processing (Bottle) Lab

Ensure safety and compliance of workers and equipment

Work to improve reliability and repeatability

Perform bottle lab testing and report results in a timely manner

Look for opportunities to add functions to processing lab

Identify processing and property differences between industry products

Maintain chemical, processing and property analysis database

Aid researchers in processing trials
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

BS degree in polymer science or engineering

Working knowledge of Husky injection molding machine and Sidel blow molding machine

Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on Husky/Sidel machine and molds

Experience managing a testing lab and/or R&D facilities preferred
