Able to perform routine molecular biology procedures including Western, Northern blot, DNA/RNA, PCR, protein extraction, cell culture, Immunohistochemistry, staining, Elisa, may need to perform radioactive procedures, able to handle brain tissues.

Research on the role of Williams syndrome genes in the neurobiology of behavior. The individual will conduct studies on primate and rodent brain investigating expression of Williams syndrome genes using immunohistology, multicolor fluorescence brain imaging, microscopy, and in situ hybridization.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate with recent MS and with training in neuroscience, molecular biology, neuroanatomy with more than two years experience.
