Pipeline Data Analyst

Trains all lower level Data Analysts and checks the databases they construct. Reviews and signs off on client report, which would include checking defective sizing and the terminology of identified indications. Performs pressure calculations, checks for accuracy and is able to sort values in order of severity according to the client's criteria. Issues preliminary reports to client when requested. Is able to work with clients, and takes unsupervised calls after hours from clients. Presents results to clients either one on one or in larger groups such as conferences. Serves as an analytical project lead for a specific run or group of runs for a client. Tests and implements new sizing routines to the analysis program. Presents to in-house staff new policies and training methods learned from daily experiences or conferences. Obtains approval from clients on satisfactory customer service relevant to their needs. Trains and supervises all analysis of staff members. Handles special projects, as assigned.Posted: 6/19/2006

REQUIREMENTS
Effective written and oral skills. Analytical aptitude. Understanding of commonly used pipeline terminology. Indepth knowledge of the operational process of a live inspection.
