Managing Director - Disputes & Investigations

(NYSE: NCI) is a specialized leading independent consulting firm providing litigation, financial, restructuring, energy, healthcare and operational consulting services to government agencies, legal counsel and large companies facing the challenges of uncertainty, risk, distress and significant change.Navigant Consulting's Disputes & Investigations practice is looking for a Managing Director to build, develop, and lead a team of professionals.Our Disputes and Investigations services include data and information management; accounting/economic and financial analysis; damages quantification and expert testimony for litigation and other disputes; claims and transaction processing; regulatory compliance; and investigating allegations of fraud and misconduct. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies as well as multi-national businesses.Position Requirements:
Minimum of ten years relevant experience (e.g. auditing, forensic accounting, dispute advisory experience)
Must have established relationships in the market, especially with reputable law firms and corporations
Proven experience in leading and developing a practice
Highly adept with complex projects, solid knowledge of the marketplace and significant ability to build the practice
Expert witness experience critical
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) required. (If one does not have either certification, relevant experience must compensate)
