VariesPosition Summary: Integrated Regional Laboratories currently has opportunities for Laboratory Assistants in Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast.General Responsibilities: The Laboratory Assistant I receives and collects patient specimens and performs pre-analytical specimen preparation, specimen processing, registration and other tasks necessary to prepare specimens for testing by the hospital and core land reference laboratories.Additional Information: Only candidates who meet all the requirements will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one-year experience in a hospital/laboratory setting. Phlebotomy and/or specimen processing preferred. High School or GED required, Vocational/Technical training preferred.
