Purpose: A Clinical Laboratory in Los Angeles is looking for a Laboratory Assistant for their Accessioning Department. This is an entry position and a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a well-known laboratory.

The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing specimen. This entails heavy data entry. The Laboratory Assistant will enter client and patient information, and note the condition of the specimen. This position will require heavy computer work. Training will be provided for one week

Pay: $11-$13/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 6am to 2:30pm

The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma or Associate Degree. Must be able to type a minimum of 35-40 wpm and have experience with 10 key by touch. Previous laboratory experience is a plus.
