SUMMARY

Maintain data warehouse and be able to produce analytical reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools. Must be able to create and validate queries written against the various databases and produce reports that can be utilized by the operating departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:


•Understanding of analytical reporting and query language on the AS/400 and Intel platforms.

•Ability to create ad-hoc reporting for the operating departments utilizing various reporting software packages.

•Ability to analyze data and to produce clean files for direct mail marketing promotions.

•Ability to assist in report writing/modification for financial system software.

•Maintains the confidentiality of IT systems, their applications and employees.

•Ability to troubleshoot areas, place service calls and keep management informed of critical situations.

•Works to provide continual support for users.

•Maintains office integrity.

•Completes production and special assignments as required.

•Must be capable of presenting a positive image of the Casino to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required.

•Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment.

•Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum three (3) years experience in related field.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Must have or be able to obtain California driver's license.
Must be able to pass background suitability investigation.
Must be able to obtain Tribal Key Gaming License.
Must pass initial and random drug screens.
Must document GED or High School Diploma.
