Fermentation Scientist

Purpose: Seeking a Biological Scientist to apply a broad knowledge of principals, practices, and procedures relative to fermentation methods used in the completion of assignments and requires a good understanding of principles of cGLP and cGMP. This position will support the implementation of Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Policies and Technical Development projects related to Pilot Plant operation, and lab-scale fermentation processes. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing and conducting protein assays in support of current and future manufacturing processes.

Seeking candidates with experience with fermentation equipment including but not limited to fermentors, bioprocessing, bioreactors, and a homogenizer. This position requires a B.S. in Biochemistry, Bioprcocessing, Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 3 years of related experience.
