Director of Clinical Research

Plan and direct project plans for ongoing clinical research trials and new clinical trials; approve the contract and budget for each clinical trial; supervise project manager and Clinical Research Coordinators. Coordinate activities of the project personnel to ensure that the objectives of the project are met within the prescribed time frame and budget; manage matrix teams and processes to ensure the progress of clinical trials in adherence to FDA and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Guidelines; develop and maintain relationships with physicians, physician groups, contract research organizations and pharmaceutical companies.
