Data Analyst

SUMMARY:
Large, internationally known client in South OC is looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast paced position with high visibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but not limited to generating reports for field and corporate users, running ad hoc data requests, perform database maintenance, and provide technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of professional work experience using MS Access, MS SQL and MS Excel with a BS/BA degree in a technically oriented discipline. Candidate must illustrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, task management skills and advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel. Working knowledge of DTS processes, HTML/ASP/Jscript/Java Script, or to code in Visual Basic (or VBA) will be considered a plus, but is not a strict requirement. Applicants will be tested for MS Access proficiency during the interview process. MS Access proficiency is defined as the ability to perform multiple table ad-hoc queries, create and populate new tables from existing tables, and manage pre-existing applications developed in MS-Access.
