Associate Research Scientist

Purpose: We are always in need of: Associate Research Scientist: Description: Develop biochemical and/or cell based assays suitable for transfer to a High Throughput Screening platform to identify small molecule agonists/antagonists of a diverse array of drug discovery targets. You will fully characterize lead compounds with respect to mechanism of action and support lead optimization projects. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently with moderate supervision.

Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in a biological science with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Ability to maintain accurate and timely written reports and to handle large data sets. Experience in the development of biochemical and cell based assays required. Experience with automated liquid handling desirable.
