Single-site Managers - Multi-Site, Regional Managers

At Bigelow Management Inc. we are seeking experienced multi-site and single-site managers from the Restaurant Industry looking for a change. The Regional Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management associated with these communities including:
Supervision of each property’s site managers
Revenue and expense reporting
Timely rent collection
Monitoring and directing property maintenance operations
Marketing
Budget development and implementation

Other responsibilities for both the multi-site and single-site managers include:
interviewing, hiring and training employees
planning, assigning, and directing work
appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees
addressing complaints and resolving problems.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience as a multi-site manager or single-site manager
In-depth knowledge of financials and budgeting is critical
The ability to interact positively with both managers and owners to establish goals, implement policies and improve portfolio’s bottom line is key
We need a detail-oriented person who can motivate staff and communicate effectively with all levels of management
Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
