Relocation Services Project Manager

Join the leader in commercial real estate! Trammell Crow Company is currently seeking a Project Manager to handle large scale MAC and smaller tenant improvement projects. CAD/CAFM experience a must. I. POSITION PURPOSE Responsible to assist the Sr. Relocation Services Project Manager in the successful execution and operation of all contractual services related to specific relocation services project(s)

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES May be responsible for one or more of the following:
• Preparation of budgets for relocation projects
• Interface directly with clients for each assigned project to identify furniture inventories and layouts and staff locations
• Selection and management of specified vendors, including the support of the preparation of RFP’s
• Completion of all vendor matrices
• Develop meeting minutes for presentation to the Sr. Relocation Services Project Manager’s approval
• Work on-site for all aspects of relocations
• Reconciliation of all invoices with bids
• Conduct all client relocation-training demonstrations (e.g. packing, etc.)
• Coordinate all insurance certificates of indemnification
• Develop and implement building protection procedures and pre-move/post-move punch lists with landlords
• Uphold ethical standards of TCC and support firm-wide initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• HS diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in relocation services management
• IOMI certification or within two years of obtaining
• Ability to learn office moving formulae
• Successful completion of over 10 projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD a plus, but must have had at least one class
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• 1+ year experience in Voice & Data infrastructure (e.g. AMP)
• Or any similar combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership ability with maintenance of high moral and ethical standards
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and technical ability through the execution of a variety of transactions requiring multi-service line involvement
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Travel – Up to 25% with ability to work nights and weekends on a regular basis
