Real Estate Manager

Real Estate Manager. Responsible for landlord negotiations, Letter of Intent preparation and preparation of leases. Paralegal experience a plus but not required.
REQUIREMENTS
Position will require a minimum 2 year experience in these functions with a multi-unit company. Experience with a project management software tool, such as Microsoft Project and/or Expedition is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is also required. Must be a self-starter; possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work well under tight deadlines. Salary is commensurate with experience, and benefits are available.
