Property Manager

1st Lake Properties, an established New Orleans area property management firm, is seeking a Property Manager for our 120 unit Picayune, Mississippi apartment community. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years industry experience, demonstrate leadership abilities, and possess a willingness to get tasks done. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Property Manager with our firm, you will have responsibility for the daily operations of the entire apartment community. You will also be responsible for compliance with the company’s safety program and payroll policies for this property.
