Property Manager

Position: Support Advisor

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support including: *word processing, copying, phone coverage *filing and file maintenance *preparation of materials for internal team meetings, i.e., portfolio reviews *preparation of presentation books for client meetings *preparation and distribution of monthly/quarterly client mailings including creation of charts and graphs

· Provides client service support: *assists with opening, closing, and maintaining customer accounts *fulfills requests for ach and wire transfers *assists with researching client requests or problem

· Participates in other projects as directed

Qualifications

· College level coursework preferred

· One or more years experience working in a financial services office environment

· Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to multi task and to be flexible in working with multiple management teams

· Very detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks

· Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment to accomplish the teams objectives
