n-Site Condominium Property Managers are responsible for one property and have an office on site at that property. They work closely with the Board of Directors to maintain and improve the condition of the property, manage the budget, attend board meetings, prepare reports for the board and ensure timely completion of projects. They also supervise the maintenance staff.
