Proven track record in employment developmentMasters degree in rehabilitation counseling or related fieldPrior leadership and management experienceExperience in job development, job carving, job coaching, assessment and vocational rehabKnowledge of funding streams, social service systems, and all types of employment servicesEstablished community connections and understanding of Maine business climateExcellent communication skillsPassion for developing work opportunities for people with disabilitiesOHI is an equal opportunity employer
