Maintenance Technician

Dominium Management Services, Inc., a national real estate property management and development company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Brown Deer.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and appearance of the community and for ensuring it's operations on a day-to-day basis. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for grounds clean up, painting, carpet cleaning, apartment turns, service requests and on-call.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must have previous maintenance experience, preferably property management maintenance experience. Previous HVAC, plumbing, electical, make-ready and grounds clean up experience preferred.

The qualified candidate must have their own tools.
