We are currently looking for customer focused person to float between several of our properties in the Georgia Region. As an Assistant Community Director you will be responsible for but not limited to, greeting potential residents, showing/leasing apartment homes, completing and processing leasing applications, and conducting move-in orientations. You will also be responsible for assisting the Communtiy Director with compliance issues, budgets, and other property management duties.
REQUIREMENTS
1-year Apartment Community experience as an Assistant Manager required. May also consider 2-years or more of Apartment Leasing Experience. LIHTC(Tax Credit)or Bond experience a plus. Organized, detail oriented, and quick learner. Excellent Customer Service and Sales Skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Yardi a plus.
