REQUIREMENTS
Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling appointments and showing homes
Handling clients from our In-House Mortgage Company
Establishing and maintaining high professional standards
Ability to meet with clients after hours and weekends
Be client oriented and maintain a friendly personality
Possess strong people skills and integrity
Have strong closing abilities

Requirements:

Active Texas Real Estate License
Loan Officer License is preferred also
Strong Computer and Internet skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Possess an entrepreneurial-buyer/seller mind-set
Financially motivated
Bachelors degree in sales/marketing (not required, but a plus)
