Executive Assistant - Real Estate
Leading Real Estate Development and Leasing Firm seeks an experienced and polished Executive Assistant. This person will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Executive office, develop relationships with outside project managers and vendors, and provide overall support to the Sr VP and VP Executives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Produce finished copies of all written material and correspondence.
*Compose project meeting summaries and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, and style.
*Develop and maintain filing system of all materials.
*Manage calendar; coordinate appointments, prioritize, and delegate as needed.
*Maintain a critical date file and tickler file.
*Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
*Develop and maintain positive relations internally through prompt, courteous responses to requests.
*Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
*Update management reports in Excel database on a monthly basis.
*Coordinate, prepare and assemble property information packages as needed.
*Assist asset managers with their daily work
*Perform lease abstract and assist with drafting leases and lease amendments
REQUIREMENTS
Great opportunity for candidates who have real estate experience and/or who would like to learn about commercial property management, development, acquisitions and lease administration. *Competent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint a big plus.
*Must be able to handle multiple priorities, have strong attention to detail, be able to work in an open environment, and be able to adapt to additional tasks as needed.
*High energy person with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, all with a smile!
*Must be able to edit and proofread reports and correspondence.
*Ability to speak clearly and distinctly, using correct English.
*Demonstrate individual initiative.
*Excellent customer service experience, real estate experience ideal!
