Due to recent and ongoing success, our office is experiencing tremendous growth, creating the need for a Document Processor.Responsibilities include:Audit file for accuracy - verify all borrower and file information with the source documents and Account ManagerComparison review 10-03, Prelim & Appraisal for correct Borrower Names/Vesting, Property Information, etc.Check all "prior to doc" conditions and ensure they have been cleared and are present in the fileDraw documents using an internal computer system. Audit documents for accuracyThe ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an excellent customer service demeanor. Must be organized with at least one year of computer/date-entry experience.
