Director of Field Operations

The Director of Field Operations will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Field Operations personnel on a daily basis. This individual will perform, but not be limited to, the following functions:


-Providing daily progress reports to the Vice President of Field Operations
-Administration of current and prospective projects
-Development and monitoring of pro forma for all current and future developments
-Compiling due diligence reports for all prospective projects
-Designing and registering restrictive covenants for all communities
-Creating project sales, marketing and development budgets
-Obtaining proposals and timelines on all construction jobs
-Ordering and obtaining appraisals on all prospective properties
-Obtaining EIN and Operating Agreements for all new projects
-Registering prospective projects with the county and state authorities
-Creating a database of contractors which will be utilized both internally and externally
-Designing and negotiating contracts
-Meeting with county planning commissions
-Obtaining planning commission guidelines for each county
-Obtaining deed restrictions and warranty deeds
-Creating promissory notes, deeds of trust and product manuals
-Assisting sales department in the development of a training manual
-Creating marketing presentations
-Conducting monthly status reports
-Providing consistent updates through a tracking system
REQUIREMENTS
The respective candidate should posses the following skill sets.

-Associate degree or equivalent education
-Excellent communications skills
-Strong detail orientation
-Ability to analyze and process a large amount of information and meet deadlines
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines
-Travel approximately 30% of the time
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
-Must possess valid driver license and satisfactory driving record
