Director: Project Management Group

Directs development of new project activities and oversees activities for accounts within the designated area. Work closely with the PM Group SMD, MD, and ASG Area Leader with regard to staff administration, pursuit of new business, and maintaining proper internal and external client relationships.Staff recruiting, retention, and management including employee reviews.Assist in the definition of, and promote established standards for, service delivery.Create proposals, establish fees, and prepare contract documents.Implementation of client Program or Project Management assignments within the defined scope of professional services offered by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. or B.A. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field; advanced degree a plus.Minimum of (10) ten years directly related experience in a corporate services or project management accountability role, or (15) fifteen years equivalent combination of experience in an advisory and/or architectural supervisory capacity.Possess a general understanding of real estate project management industry standards, corporate and/or institutional real estate processes, general construction, corporate management, architecture/interior design, and office technology.Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background and project responsibility experience required.Candidates must have strong presentation and marketing skills, and superior written and verbal communication skills.The successful candidate must be computer literate and capable of originating and maintaining budgets, schedules and conference reports.Software competency: microsoft project and Excel; familiarity with Access, BIG and/or Yardi applications a plus.
