Commecial Property Manager

Our client is among the largest owners of suburban office properties in the Greater Washington, DC region.

We are currently recruiting for a Seasoned Property Manager for the Rockville, MD area.

Responsible for the overall management of assigned staff and properties insuring that quality customer service is provided and properties operate within the economical operating constraint of the operating budget.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
2. Minimum of four years of experience in property management.
3. Minimum three years experience in staff management.
4. Ability to recognize, diagnose and resolve property operational problems.
5. Ability to prepare and monitor budgets. Experience with Capital budgeting and Capital Improvements a must

Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
1. B.O.M.A., I.R.E.M. or other industry related certifications. Experience with commercial property management preferred.
2. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
3. Exceptional organization skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve.
