The job -
Stonemark Management, LLC, a national multi-family management company seeks an Assistant Manager to join its Greentree community (198 units) in Garland, TX. The successful candidate will assist the Community Manager in the day-to-day operation of the community and in managing all aspects of the project including: administration, leasing, accounting, bookkeeping, service and resident relations.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
•One year experience in Payable/Receivables.
•Previous leasing experience, management training and sales experience are desirable.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Superior customer service skills
•Knowledge of bookkeeping, business math, accounting, management and marketing.
•Computer proficiency and knowledge of office equipment.
