Unprecedented increases in the demand for our services has led to the opening of this exciting opportunity.Seeking a State Certified appraiser with 3+ years experience for an in-house 1-4 unit residential appraisal review position.Responsibilities include:Review original appraisals.Review investor appraisals.Utilize multiple databases for research.Recommend appraisers status when work quality is considered below par.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills. Must be a great oral and written communicator with good interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be willing to take initiative. Must be familiar with Real Estate terminology, procedures and law. Recent nonprime review history a plus. Must be competent in the analysis of both local and out of state appraisals. Expertise with national and local real estate database providers required.
