Apartment Manager

Experienced manager needed for 364 unit apartment complex near St. Andrews, Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities include:
Day-to-day operation of property.Hiring, training and supervising office staff. Showing and leasing units.Processing tenant applications for residency, and eviction filings.
Telephone duties.
Collection of payments.Processing of service requests for maintenance and assisting maintenance supervisor as needed with scheduling & organization.
Conducting market surveys.
Preparation of monthly property reports.
Resolution of resident conflicts and problems. Monitoring "turns, vacant units, and move-outs".
Maintaining consistent resident retention with focus on renewal of leases, resolution of resident conflicts and problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires:A professional person with positive attitude.
Good work ethics, and a good sense of "business" dress code.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work diligently and show strong leadership and communication skills.MUST HAVE prior experience in apartment management and be comfortable with the duties related to showing units, leasing, and maintaining an acceptable level of resident retention.Submit resume and salary requirements.
