Nothing in this site constitutes a promise or offer of employment.Responsible for sales growth with current clients and solicitation of new clients;  Solicit membership applications from Mortgage Brokers in designated territory; Provide training and guidance to approved brokers regarding CMI's programs and policies; Solicit loan requisitions from Mortgage Brokers in designated territory; Provide continuous follow-up with approved brokers to ensure business is being referred, CMI loans are registered to close and quality standards are maintained; Represent CMI at local trade shows/conferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Required:Strong understanding of the sales process.  Strong interpersonal skills. Proven track record of success.  Ability to self-start and self-motivate.  At least 5 years mortgage knowledge.  Preferred: One year knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and broker sales.  College degree BA/BS.
