Account Executive - Michigan/Indiana

Provide training and guidance to approved brokers regarding CMI programs and policies. Solicit loan requisitions from Mortgage Brokers in designated territory. Provide continuous follow up with approved brokers to ensure business is being referred, CMI loans are registered to close and quality standards are maintained. Develop new business and manage client relationship with Mortgage Brokers. Represent CMI at local trade shows/conferences.
REQUIREMENTS


Strong understanding of the sales process. Strong interpersonal skills. Team player. Proven track record of success. Ability to self-start and self-motivate. At least 5 years mortgage knowledge. One-year knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and broker sales. College degree BA/BS.
