Account Executive

Generate Wholesale non-conforming loans through brokers
Prospect new business and generate leads from brokers
Grow existing territory through networking, cold calls and prospecting
Work with brokers and New Century operations staff to insure quality of loan
Achieve sales results by maintaining and developing strong relationships.Job Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience
Two years of non-conforming lending experience required
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Patience, tolerance and resilience
Ability to interact successfully at all levels
